Who We Are
Songs for Change is co-funded by the EU ERASMUS+ program and is being developed in a consortium of partners from 7 countries. Over the course of the 2 year project, we have engaged and empowered over 70 youth workers and young people around Europe. Together, we've learnt about Human Rights, created songs about the EU Values and advocated for meaningful social change.
